Concert Programs
Our FREE student concert programs are designed for secondary school students and introduce the rich musical and cultural heritage of the Middle Ages, Renaissance and early Baroque periods.
We present two programs each season: Shakespeare’s Songbook each fall and The Marco Polo Project in late winter. These programs complement studies in many areas including English, Music, Modern Languages, Performing Arts, and History.
The concert series is held at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre, Jeanne Lamon Hall located at 427 Bloor St. W. (one block w. of Spadina Av., Spadina Subway Station, Walmer Rd. exit).
Workshops
This season we are pleased to offer FREE pre-concert workshops in the schools for both Shakespeare’s Songbook and The Marco Polo Project. Workshops are led by a Toronto Consort ensemble member and educator.
Thank you to our supporters!
Our education programs are presented free because of the generous support we receive from many generous individual donors, governments funders and foundations like the J.P. Bickell Foundation, The Lloyd Carr-Harris Foundation, The McLean Foundation and the The Catherine and Maxwell Meighen Foundation.
